When you want to talk about Belgium, you don't know where to begin. From the welcoming attitude of people there, trying to speak English with you, even it is the fourth unofficial language, or you may mention the marvelous countryside and fascinating towns. It will always be there something you want to visit Belgium for (Steinbicker, 2006, p. 148). Brussels is the Belgian capital city . With the headquarters to the EU (European Union) and NATO in there, it has a great rule in Europe . Brussels has many architectural styles and hosts over 80 museums.You can find whatever you want through the numerous tourist attractions. A remarkable place to be visited in Brussels is the Grand Place which was built as a merchant’s market in the 13th century (The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). Other Cities Flanders It is the northern part of Belgium, people there speaks Dutch. BrugesIt was called city of Romance, the City That Time Forgot, and Cultural Capital of Europe back in 2002(The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). Ghent It is un-touristy city filled with university students. There is a festival called† the ten day Ghent Celebrations â€Å"held every year in July where the inhabitants go all out with theater performances, concerts, singing, dancing, and drinking(The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). Leuven The home to one of Europe’s oldest universities with the 13th century stone beguinage selected as a world heritage site by UNESCO.It's also known as Belgium’s reining brew capital (The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). There are many other towns in Flanders, such as: Mechelen, Alast, Damme, Hasselt, lier, Oudenaarde, Tongeren, Veurne (The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). Wallonia A great historical city with many towns, like: Liege, Namur, Spa w hich gave its name to all spas, Tournai, bastoqne, Bouillon, Binche, Dinant and Durbuy (The Belgian Tourist Office (BTO) in the US). Developing programmes to reduce risk/screen for disease early on; New programmes are introduced to attempt to reduce ill health that can help to identify certain people who may be at risk of certain illnesses or conditions. Once identified the programmes help the preventation of the condition continuing, For example if someone has been told they may develop diabetes due to their weight, then they would be refered to someone who could help lower their weight and therefore lower the risk of developing diabetes.

The writer attempts to back up their argument by tossing around names of other people who believe as she does, and instead of trying to argue against them she decides to assume they are correct and argue with them. It is an interesting stylistic way to present an argument. It does solve the problem of having to argue that point, as she comes off right from the bat stating that she will not argue that and that the whole argument is based off the idea that is taken for an assumption. And while I originally thought it would be ineffective and not work well in the thought process of an argument, it ends up worki ng out quite well for the writer throughout the course of the article. It works for one reason, and it is because of this that I think it is justified to use that assumption. I can find no holes in that assumption, and it is a very fit and sound one to start off an argument. For is the whole abortion debate not over whether or not a fetus is a person? The whole idea is debated over whether or a not a fetus is a person unfit to kill or not, and the assumption that the whole argument is based off that is correct because that is the entirety of the abortion argument. Now, you might think that there is more to the argument than that, but the author debunks that idea in their next paragraph and states that this whole argument is going to be base on the ethics of abortion; not the subtleties that exist in various cases. And with these ideas, she starts up and opens what is followed by a very sound argument, one that totally supports the sound assumption it is based on. I found myself bein g impressed, as I originally was holding out to bust the earlier assumption, and soon found myself thinking that it really is all about the idea of a fetus and if they are in fact people or not.
